「Try to get one of the 4 sea dacing rooms withe a balcony. Helpful, friendly staff but the hotel itself has extremely limited facilities, no fridge in room, no bar or restaurant. Extremely noisy.」

「到 ICC 參加會議, 走到會議中心約15分鐘, 出門就是海灘, 很有渡假開會的感覺.」

「The property was very clean and staff where good the breakfast was excellent but the coffee needs to be hotter maybe add a little hot milk to the mix The streets are unsafe to venture out at night Overall i give 5 stars for my stay 」

「Very old hotel, charming and quaint, its beachfront but unsafe to walķ to beach, bothered by homeless beggars and illegal sellers..parking was safe and secure at the rear. Staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. As my wife is disabled the first disabled room was unsuitable due to the shower . We were moved to a better equipped bathroom which improved our stay. 」

「I wasn't even able to stay at this hotel because when I arrived, the hotel said they had double booked me. They were rude and unwilling to help me sort it out. Thankfully, I was able to call Expedia and they arranged for me to stay elsewhere during my trip. The Milkwood Mansion is completely unorganized and the management is very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend it.」

「It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old).」

「The location of the property and view is stunning. The staff are lovely though communication can be challenging. There were issues with the room but they tried to resolve as quickly as possible. 」
