"Room had a bad smell; toilet paper was thin; reception staff looked bored and unwelcoming; breakfast area was too small, barely could find a table to sit; did not provide with proper ticket to exit parking garage which caused unnecessary delay; price of a water bottle (1l) =10$, very expensive and prices were not listed. Overall for a Hilton branch - disappointed."

"Alli at the desk in the evening was great, he always had a smile on his face and was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and for the most part the room was quiet. The carpet was stained throughout the hallways, there were stains on the carpet in our room, there were stains on the furniture in the room. We stayed five nights and never had our towels or coffee replenished. Had to place the trash outside the door to get it picked up. There was graffiti scratched into the doors of the elevator and one of the Exit Doors was broken one night while there and could not be used to enter the hotel. We previously stayed at this location and the parking was FREE!. I booked through Expedia and did not see that the nightly Parking is $35 per night. In my opinion, (this is for the person responding to this review) it is not clearly on the page at Expedia, it says “Onsite Parking Available” with a drop down that must be selected. If you stay on a weekend and arrive late, be prepared to spend an enormous amount of time trying to find somewhere to park…100% more cars than spaces. I absolutely will never stay at this place again. I would like to type out a long expletive rant but I’ll save it..Blank this place and their blanking parking…No refunds or I would have likely left after arriving. "

"The breakfast is very poor in options and not tasty, housekeeping is every other day, the staff ok but never explained that the room is not cleaned everyday. Rate for no housekeeping days should be half price. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"DO NOT ECPECT a shuttle to the airport as we waited for 30 minutes and was told we had to wait another 30 minutes because they were on break at 7:30 am. The insulation for the hotel is HORRIBLE as we heard every car pass by and we were on the 9th floor. "
