“Very pleasant quiet stay with a great view of the volcano. Comfortable bed. I sat on the porch and watched the birds flying about including a hummingbird and four macaws.”

“Cleaning staff was great, the space is well thought out for the region and weather. The concierge helped me with navigating travel and booking activities. They set up various activity options and booked them all for me. Bauma staff, services and stay was wonderful. I would stay here again happily.”

“We had a very good experience with our stay. The only thing is that in room number three we had no hot water initially. We found our own hack and we figured out that when we open the sink water running there is suddenly hot water in the shower. Lol the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the food is excellent in their restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Wow, just wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Grounds are gorgeous! The sound of the river and the rainforest while lounging in the pools felt like heaven. The pool area is beautiful. The restraunt and staff top notch. El Salto swing a 5 minute walk away. This is where you want to stay. We will be back. ”

“Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse ”
