“Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals. I would to choose it again.”

“The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation.”

“A great little hotel! We stayed in a superior room, the bathrooms were on the smaller side but very clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Each room had its own mini split and fan so ac wasn’t an issue. There was a nice little morning coffee package provided to make a coffee in the room but every day we received a text asking us what we would like for breakfast the next day. All the breakfasts were made fresh the morning of, as well as a plate of fruit each. Adrian was super……

“Clean, nice staff overall, felt safe, beautiful hot springs and spa. Very dim lighting on path to rooms at night. My only complaint is that they are trying to charge me for a third person when only two of us stayed here, checked in, and confirmed with staff at check-in. Staff not being very helpful with refunding for the non-existent third person. Disappointing to my trip because I really did like this place, but probably won’t stay here again because of this. “The grounds are beautiful and the pool is warm and nicely maintained. However, this is Costa Rica and you need to be aware of a few things....There will be bugs. In fact the property makes you sign a release stating you will not hold them liable for bug bites. Our room was acceptable clean (floor mopped, beds made, etc) but the sheets were stained, the bathroom and bedroom mirrors were smeared, there was sand on the floor and there were a few spiders and ants.”

“Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse ”
