“The location of the property was excellent. The room was very nice with friendly staff. The only minor thing that we did not like was the TV. It was a mini baby toy Tv with low picture quality. I know you don’t watch Tv during vacation but I was hoping to enjoy the World Cup games while we were getting ready for dinner.”

“Pretty good hotel option in La Fortuna with unobstructed views of the Arenal Volcano with horses/donkeys roaming freely in the backside of the resort. Has a pretty decent fitness centers with plenty of equipment. Pools were nice. Some of the "hot spring" pools were the size of a jacuzzi, but some were much larger and could accommodate many guests. Included breakfast was decent.”

She was consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our visit even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities and were impressed by the beautiful views. “Parking was pretty tight, so if you are using a larger vehicle make sure to let them know so you can work with your down stairs neighbor. There isn’t really anything in walking distance but there is tons near by if you are driving ! The property owner was extremely kind and had great suggestions for activities for our stay. The morning birds and howler money were an added bonus and you never know what creatures you are going to catch rubbing under the street lights at night ! Extremely……

“We had a really great stay at Hotel Volcan Verde. It was a lovely location and cabin to stay in. Staff was helpful in getting us organized for different activities. Grounds were very quiet and the garden was fantastic! Great restaurants around and a nice balance between nature and proximity to different amenities. Would for sure recommend. “Our stay at Hotel Mountain Paradise in La Fortuna was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We stayed in a gorgeous room with a private pool and breathtaking views of Arenal Volcano. Waking up every morning to that incredible scenery felt like a dream. The entire property is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. “If you go to look this place up for directions use GOOGLE MAPS. Apple Maps will take you to the wrong. The room we stayed in was as described, the shower head had low water pressure and could use a new one. Rooms were cleaned and maintained everyday and the breakfast was a small buffet style Costa Rica breakfast.”
