"The hotel is good and the room is very big. And the staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious. But just we stay in Aug and hotel no air-conditioning. Day time may hot but evening is suitable."
"Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. I stayed in the old wing and the renovation is perfect. Clean and with a touch of the old British style. We had dinner at the restaurant and everything tasted nice except it is a bit salty for us."
"One corncern is no fridge in the room"
"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."
