“Excellent environment, helpful staff and really enjoyable”

“Very good hotel，great room n comfort， suitable for family”

“We booked this room based on the pictures from the expedia web page. When we checked in we were told that the bottom door lock didn't work and to use the top yale lock. Overall the hotel was extremely grubby with bits of plastic and battered trolleys abandoned in corridors , biro writing on room doors. The reason our bottom door lock was not working was because it had no mechanism in it at all and was empty.The room itself was awful with liquid stain drip marks on the walls , a huge crack on……

“A very quite and peaceful place in June. Very convenient, 8 mins walk to Aldi, 16 mins walk from Morecambe Station.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was wonderful, though the carpets are well worn. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. There was a great choice at continental breakfast and table service for the hot breakfast. The room was obviously cleaned well by staff, though there were some stains on the carpet and curtains, that wasn't through lack of cleaning, just that the furnishings seemed to be a bit older. We'd definitely go again.”

“We love the breakfast freshly cooked from the menu, there’s continental from the buffet as well. Apparently need to do some improvements with the room conditions. The housekeeper didn’t get the rubbish from the bin inside the toilet for 2 days. Hotel located opposite to the sea with beautiful views. Free parking along the road after 6pm until 9am. There is public parking available around. On the average ok for the stay, spacious room.”

“Outwardly it looks old fashioned but it’s well decorated, clean and well maintained. The team working there were friendly and helpful.”

“Only stayed for the one night room was big enough couldn’t turn on the shower but wasn’t that bad as had the bath and I’m sure if I had called them I’m sure they would of come and sorted it out staff was amazing very friendly would definitely stay again”

“Large corporate hotel. Decor is a bit old fashioned and dated, but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Couldn’t fault it. Reception closes at 10pm so contact them if you are arriving late. Large car park.”

“The internet connection is unstable. Other than that, it’s great place to stay. Friendly and competent staff. Clean room. Great bar. The hotel is within talking distance to the Lancaster train station (ca. 13-15 min) and local bus stops (ca. 5 min.)”

“Parking is limited so please book once you have booked. The lady at the bar and who checked me in was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was lovely as well. Room could have been cleaner but it’s nice hotel for where it is.”
