「Such a lovely hotel, highly recommend. I was looking for accommodation whilst I attended a weekend event at Sandown race course. Traveling as a lone female I felt very comfortable with my choice, I was greeted by a friendly Irish man who was very helpful and welcoming. The room was large and very beautifully decorated. 「Super unhelpful staff. I was told there was no aircon because we weren't staying in one of their "executive rooms" so the front desk staff suggested me to open the windows. We didn't feel safe because the room was on the ground floor facing right at a public car park for commercial vehicles (the hotel/motel is located on the route of highway M25). The staff then offered me an electric fan but it took them more than 2 hours to get it (after I walked back and forth to the front desk and chased...

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」
