“There were bugs on the bed and pillow, and the bedding had stains that made it look unwashed. I asked to shorten my reservation to one night, but a male staff member told me no and said there was nothing he could do. Later that same day, I found more bugs on the bed and decided to check out a day early without a refund just to leave the hotel. At that point, another front desk employee suddenly offered to change my room. The second room was not much better, the door looked like it had been……

“What a lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake and lovely and helpful staff. They helped arrange car transfers from the airport to the hotel so everything was effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and for a sofa bed it was so comfortable. Loved the shower and it was lovely to be close to the lake and relax. I think the only thing I would say is some attention to details were missed. Our shower gel had run out but I would expect that to be checked when rooms……

“There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE……

“The location of the hotel is good but it's spread across 3 buildings so it's not always the main building. The breakfast was good and their restaurant is at a nice location. Hotel was unfortunately not responsive via Expedia messaging so we had to walk all the way with our luggage. We had power cut during our stay which made it difficult to get ready to leave on time. The return shuttle was also not coming on the requested time and had to call again to remind. Overall good location, decent……

“Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.”

“Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen. Sehr nettes Personal und unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstück (viel unterschiedliches, gefüllte Kraut Taschen Mega), auch hier das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, schöner Pool. Generell sehr schöne Anlage und es gibt einen Tunnel zum Meer. Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermarkt. Man kommt schnell überall hin.”
