Det som var bokat var rum med köket. Men när jag kom ditt fick jag veta att det inte lnkomplet kök. Personalen var okunnig och fick mig betala extra 100 pund för att hjälpa mig hitta annat boende med kök och det som han fick tag var verkligen smutsig och innomplett. Jag verkligen varnar andra att inte boka i detta hotell. Hotellet motsvarar inte alls pris vi betalaed

Shower could have been slightly better but the room was more than adequate for a night. Perfectly comfortable and quiet which is a must for me. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Great location, very smooth check in and general cleanliness was good, no complaints.

Basic hotel. Clean and tidy. We looked for an early check in and were told it would be £25 which was disappointing. Other than that we couldn't fault it.

The rooms were okay. The best part was the bathrooms which were renovated and clean. The worst part was there was no air in the room … window didn’t open and no air so it got super hot. Also the studio we thought that we were getting was just 2 double beds. People were pleasant. Area was good enough but costly for what we got Overall it was a moderate experience

Staff on arrival were good . However the room had no windows was down in the bowels of the building and smelt of damp which permeated into the bedding towels and the clothes we were changing into . I have stayed in other hotels in this area and would not advise a family to book into here

Bad experience for check in. Staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Room was on the lower ground. Had a smell of damp in the room. Damp mark on the ceiling was there as well. Won’t stay there again

Dirty, run down place. It was advertised as having air conditioning, I stayed there at 37 degrees, was only offered a fan. Poor quality room, needed refurb. The shower flooded the whole of the bathroom. Would never stay again, substandard.

Had sold my room to someone else and told me I had already checked in! It’s very worn rooms in a dodgy hotel with no amenities. 4 star my backside. Avoid like the Black Death.

Very close to Battersea Park, which is great. Sadly, a very neglectful maintenance team. Shower rail broken, shower door off its rail, shower head broken, TV broken, aircon very weak (and turns off automatically after 3 hours). Room clean but rest of property not so much.

This hotel could be improved so much if the furnishings and walls were refreshed. They need cleaning and a coat of paint in places. The advertising pictures are out of date. That said the room amenities worked well and a fairly pleasant night. A/C is not as good as can be front desk pleasant
