The rooms and hotel was awesome however the location of our room faced a busy road and was pretty noisy all night like you was on the side of a formula one track. But the hotel and staff itself was absolutely perfect. The location was also good in terms of being able to just stroll into Canary Wharf. Just a shame about the noise of the road but no fault of the hotel.

Room was spotless, The use of the Virgin gym facilities was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and brough a kettle to the room when asked. It was very quiet on Friday but sadly it was noisy and difficult to sleep on Saturday night due to the cars racing around outside the hotel in the underground area of canary wharf. Better to be on the River side that the city side of the hotel during the weekend

What a great hotel

The hotel is perfectly located for great local restaurants, bars, green spaces and riverside walks. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and nicely designed. The bed was super comfy and our view across the river was enchanting. The staff were kind and very helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable. Having complimentary access to the great pool and spa was a real bonus as was being right next to the pier so you could get the boat into central London. We can’t recommend it more highly and are looking forward to staying again.

A room with a view

This hotel is in a perfect location in Canary Wharf on the banks of the river and perfect for exploring London by the Thames Uber boat. We visited Greenwich Park for the best view of London. The rooms are more spacious than most hotel rooms and have amazing views over the London skyline. This is the only hotel in London where I am happy to drive and park. A special thank you to the concierge who was extremely helpful.
