Das Zimmer war gut und ruhig gelegen. Das WC im Bad konnten wir nicht benutzen, da wir uns nicht drauf setzen konnten...der Raum war zu klein. Man konnte das WC nur benutzen wenn die Tür offen war. Wir haben ein anderes WC im Hotel genutzt. Wahnsinn....sowas haben wir noch niemals gesehen. Frühstück war enttäuschend. Es gab Toast, Eier und Käse. Kein Obst, Wurst oder Tomate etc.

Das Früstück war ok. Die Auswahl war sehr eingeschränkt. Wurst gab es überhaupt nicht, Käse ausschließlich eine Sorte Englischen Schnittkäse. Tee gab es nur 3 Sorten schwarzer Tee leider keinen Pfefferminz Tee.

The room was fine, bed was comfy however the bathroom was so tiny - they did email in advance to warn of this but we’d already booked & you can’t appreciate just how small it is until you see it! When you sit on the toilet the sink is half over you & the sink also blocks the shower so getting in was a squeeze! The building was also incredibly warm, it is January but you don’t need the heating on full blast when it’s a warm day outside.

Staff were courteous but beds were very uncomfortable, tumblers in rooms weren’t very clean, en-suite bin was all dented, light above mirror didn’t work, overflow space in sink had never been cleaned. First impressions is the front door……. The steps and tiles leading in had never been swept or washed

Great location so close to paddington station kensington garden, many shops and restaurants. The hotel is very narrow, quirky, small room, but all we needed. Comfy beds, good amount of water. Breakfast was good, very clean breakfast room. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Will recommend this to friends!

The location is perfect! Right up to Paddington to get anywhere and right down to oxford street; the staff is very gracious - prices good. Property is a little worn and could use refresh, but still clean. Breakfast according to my father was perfect.
