Great location, the complimentary breakfast was basic but fine and very welcome. Rooms are fine, reasonable size and clean. The stand outs for us were the staff, particularly Ghizlane and Katarina who could not have been more helpful and friendly, they are a credit to the hotel.

Centrally located and within walking distance of most major London landmarks. Rooms are somewhat small but adequate if you're not planning to stay in your hotel room for an extended period. Breakfast is okay but basic. Adding some breakfast sausages or bacon would be nice. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

This was a very convenient location to Victoria Station. Accommodations were great. The man who works at the desk during the day, was extremely helpful and friendly! He gave us a warm welcome each day and went out of his way to assist us. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Very happy with my stay. I got a standard double room in the lower ground floor and the room was a nice size (was worried about reading other reviews). The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom small but clean and quite new. I stayed on a Wednesday night and I could not hear any noise from the room (from ofher rooms or from the outside). Location is great for transport (very close to Victoria station, Pimlico tube station) and great for walking to main tourist destinations. Overall great value for money, particularly compared to similar hotels in central London
