Had an excellent stay at the Wedgewood Hotel. The room and the hotel itself are very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly (although I only needed to talk with the staff when checking in and out, both of which were quick and easy). The hotel is well situated in the Notting Hill/South Kensington area of London, near several tube stations, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. If you're up for some walking, it's also not too far Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, and even the Natural History Museum.

It was a three night stay and found the hotel excellent. Staff very helpful, room was perfect and transport was easy to find and near. It is in a very quite and beautiful area. Shops and restaurants easy to find.

Close to Bayswater tube station this hotel is clean and well maintained. Shower was small and would not suit a larger person. I would consider staying here again as it’s good value and in a quiet area.

Cute little hotel in a good area. Very quiet. Secure. The room was quite warm. Only one fan is allotted per room. We were told no when we asked for another fan. The shower is very tiny and the shower curtain doesn’t do a great job. Water everywhere. But the water pressure is fantastic. I was concerned with the reviews I had read about bedbugs. But we encountered none. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.

Situated in really good quiet residential area within close walking proximity to Bayswater and Queensway tubes. Plenty of shops, bars, cafes for breakfast and lovely pub Prince Alfred on corner. Easy as base to explore areas on foot. Downside: small room with pocket size bathroom with fan but no air con so struggled with extreme heat. However hotel clean, staff friendly and great location at reasonable price. Would recommend.

Great location in the old Notting Hill row house district. Safe neighborhood and plenty of pubs with the yellow line only a couple blocks away. That said, the rooms are in old Notting Hill row houses and they seem to have done the best they can with the resources available, but the price was fair and if all you need is a bed and bath, this was fine. Staff was great and we would stay there again.
