“Clean with beautiful view. Outdoor furniture on deck needs upgraded, but overall, i would rent there again”

“The property is beautiful and spacious. The view from the patio is simply amazing. We spent every morning and evening on the patio watching sunrise and sunset. Owner is very responsive to our questions and inquiries. We really enjoyed our time there.”

“Overall this was a pretty nice place but the upkeep on the property leaves a lot to be desired. The paint on the whole house is all pealing off. The screens on the porch are ripped or just gone. Stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, the back door to the deck is broken and you have to even watch a video to figure out how to open it, there is a hole in the wall on in the stairwell to theaster bedroom. Now in the master bedroom, mold in the shower, a toilet that kept flushing, a shower that……

“The downstairs bedroom was hot but other than that it was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay here.”

“It was a beautiful location with lots of nature. The hot tub was a great addition for the evenings”

“Very nice, secluded cabin in the woods. Very comfortable well stocked and well-maintained.”

“Our group enjoyed the many beds, easy location to UT and Market Square. The hot tub and screened porch were bonuses. A lovely rustic home with plenty of parking in a beautiful wooded setting.”

“The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very pet-friendly, we took our puppy with us and we all had a great time. We also was traveling with my fiancée great grandparents and the host was very kind about letting us have a later checkout to get everything packed up! We will most definitely be coming back soon!!”

“Was able to head in and out of Windrock easily and was also a short commute to Oliver Springs. The outdoor gazebo and fire pit were a great addition and allowed us to relax by the fire at night. We had a few short rain storms come thru and was able to sit on the covered front porch and relax. Was very clean and well stocked.”

“We didn't end up staying due to a change in plans but the host went beyond what was required to accomodate our changes and help us at a loss to himself. Communication could be spotty but he always got back to us when we messaged. Thanks for being a good host even though we didn't stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The space was nicely furnished for comfort with a full kitchen, laundry and spacious living and bedroom. We enjoyed both eating out in downtown Townsend - a short drive away - as well as cooking at the cabin. There is a spacious covered front porch where we saw deer roam through the yard, and a back porch for grilling and enjoying morning coffee in the early sun. The space was clean with plenty of room. The quiet location offered a good night sleep. The……

“Get away from busy life and stay in a unique and comfortable and enjoyable treehouse. Camping style living but very comfortable in the treehouse with good ac. Grilled out and had a campfire. Slept well ”
