Clearer instructions—especially about which door leads to the elevators—would have helped.You’re required to download a separate app for access info and a security deposit is placed on your credit card, which feels odd for a VRBO stay. “I ended up not staying here due to the conditions. The property was not clean and was very outdated. The entire building had a horrible odor when you first walk in. The carpets were extremely soiled throughout the building. The beds felt like 2X4’s. I would not recommend if you want a clean, modern environment. They did issue a refund so I am happy about that. ”
