"Room was clean. The staff was so nice. We had the most interaction with the valet drivers who were so friendly and kind. We ordered breakfast to our room. The food was of good proportion however not that good tasting. "

"We’ve stayed here many times with our dog as they are pet friendly. (Although the new $150 pet cleaning fee , on top of the nightly pet fee is a bit much) It’s in a great location walkable to 5th ave. It’s a little bit dated and the elevators are a little slow but it’s priced appropriately and it’s a great little spot for the cost."

"Staff was nice,check in took entirely too long as there was only 1 staff member doing the check in. Room cleanliness by housekeeping could have been better but all in all not a terrible hotel."

"I had a great stay at Pink Shell. The staff and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They are top notch. Food was great. All rooms have a beach view. I wish I had more time or I'd book a few more days. Stay at Pink Shell!!"
