“The home was clean & comfortable.”

“Everything about it was great! It was comfortable, close to the beache and well-kept and furnished.”

“We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.”

“Propiedad con excelentes condiciones, comodidad, equipamiento, limpieza y organización. El dueño preocupado y amable, con muy buena comunicación. Lugar acogedor, toda la familia agradecida y contentos con nuestras primeras vacaciones en Fort myers, de seguro volveremos.”

“Perfect location for a person traveling for work . Hospital , Beach and Mercato all under a mile away . Got to enjoy Beautiful sunsets and take a few bicycles rides when not working . Bed was comfortable and having a washer dryer was helpful . Would stay again”

“Great house in an amazing location. The unique layout of this home offered everyone their privacy and space. Being so close to the beach was awesome and having a pool was even better for the days that we didn’t want to get sandy! We did not want to leave when the time came, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we absolutely loved it!”

“Fantastic property. Very comfortable and spacious. Great location. Host is wonderful and check in and check out was very easy! Thanks for a beautiful stay.”

“The cottage was well stocked with all we needed. It was also immaculate with a lovely garden. The beach was a 5 minute walk.”

“The host is really helpful and responsive. She gave me a lot of great recommendation about where to go to pick seashells and restaurant nearby. The location is quiet and clean.”

“good”

“Easy parking. Great location. Responsive and helpful host. ”

“Exactly as posted. Just what size of home my family needed.”

“It had window AC units and one of them was leaking inside the house in the living room, big puddle, we had to put four towels, they allow dogs and they had a yard on the back, but not only wasn’t private, but the fence had holes that the dogs cannot stay there Loose, because they could go into the neighbors through the fence holes, property needs upgrades. Bikes lock didn’t work with the code they provided us.”

“This was the perfect place to come visit my husband while he was working in the area. The house was just as described, and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed our daily bike rides.”

“Host was very responsive to our needs and very helpful. Home was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Conveniently located for our needs.”
