“I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay. The property was poorly maintained, featuring a green pool, dirty hot tub, broken furniture, standing water in the basement, and cleanliness issues throughout the home. The host informed us after our arrival that a party from the prior weekend had prevented them from getting the home ready in time. While the host did ultimately issue a 500 partial refund after extensive negotiation, the property was far below the standard……

“Cute little house! They definitely made the most out of their space to accommodate. Paper goods tea coffee linen was included. They had a cute basket with some snacks in there for the kids so they were excited. Excellent location especially if your kid is playing in Cooperstown! Pool is a community pool but my other children had a blast when we had time to use it. TVs in all rooms with Roku! Internet service is provided. I would highly recommend”

“We had a very nice time at the A-frame. You can tell the owners pay a lot of attention to the details and had everything we needed and more! Things like yoga mats, outdoor and indoor games, and all kinds of pots and pans, as well as cooking implements like a mixer and milkshake maker were great. The decor is impeccably done and adds a nice eclectic style to the house. The location was convenient to Skaneateles, which was where we spent a good amount of our time. We would definitely return.”
