“East check in.”

“Management was very helpful. Our car broke down and the staff kept the car in their lot for a few days while we dealt with tow services and insurance.”

“Awesome, lakeside lodging.”

“Very clean well equipped room. Not fancy, but well cared for. Toilet paper was nicer than the Hilton we had been at the previous 5 days! :) A/C and a heater, as needed, wifi, parking, and not far from downtown Courtland, where we found good Mexican food. Met our need for a one night stay, reasonable cost, on our way back to Ontario from Long Island.”

“Cash only!? Seriously?”

“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”

“This room was soooooo small!!! Think baby's nursery kind of small. The bathroom was literally a closet at some point. Don't use the pictures from the website trick you into believing these rooms are spacious, because they are not. You will be better off staying at one of the major hotel chains in the area for half the price and breakfast is included.”

“arrived to check in on July 25, 2025 and found motel closed and out of business. no one contacted me from Hotels.com or Motel 6 in Llion, NY to inform me that the hotel closed since I booked it in December 2024. Had to make other arrangements since it was the baseball hall of fame weekend and no other hotels were available. stayed one hour and a half from Cooperstown, NY.”

“The worst hotel in America, hygienic, hotel service is very poor”

“Complete dump”
