「Clean room」

「My main concern is that they don’t provide water in the room. That 50 cent difference says a lot about whether you care about your customers or simply don’t care at all. The jacuzzi does not work, the mattress is extremely worn out and uncomfortable, so you can’t rest properly, and to make things worse, there is a constant “beep beep beep” sound all day and night. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the staff provided very poor customer service and assistance.」

「Great front desk staff, breakfast was ok, not the greatest but not the worst either. Nice clean room however, beds were not comfortable and the pillows felt like resting your head on concrete, will not be staying again.」

「Too much pet dandruff in the rooms. I could stay or sleep in the room.」

「When we walked into our room the beds were not made. There was lipstick stains on the sheets, dirty wash clothes and tissues. I have a bad lwg and can't walk. Long distance so that is why I asked to be by the elevator. The room they changed us to, was down by the middle of the hall. Very disappointed with the hotel. 」

「Breakfast menu was not quite as varied as other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at, but it was adequate. Glad to have non-dairy options for my coffee at breakfast (which seems to be rare for most hotel breakfasts) Room was clean. Decent shower and comfortable bed.」

「Did not feel safe at all as it looks like a drug lord rent by the hour establishment. Grass overgrown, no breakfast even though it says they do. We checked in and went to the room, opened the door, closed the door and checked out. That was the first time I have ever done that which shows what a dump it is」

「Hot tub was warm but the jets weren't working however the pool area was very nice and clean. 」
