「The breakfast was great, rooms were clean, checking in and out were easy.」

「Room was decent size, offered a mini fridge and freezer as well as microwave. Beds were very uncomfortable for couples, when one moves the entire bed moves. So needless to say we didn't sleep well. There were dogs barking for extended periods of time making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles, etc and everything was empty besides a serving of eggs. 「The hair dryer did not work. There was no shampoo. Our door was propped open when we arrived, but appeared to be secure.」

Toilet made a loud clunking sound everytime you sat on it. Faucet in sink moved around. Toilet paper in the bathroom was very hard to reach. We did not eat the breakfast.」

When I tried calling the front desk to ask where the pool was located—since our room didn’t have the usual information binder—no one answered despite multiple attempts. I ended up wandering around in my swimsuit until I finally found it, which was a bit frustrating but also kind of funny in hindsight. The only other issue was the air conditioning.
