"We had the most wonderful stay here for our honeymoon, staff were so friendly and ensured we were looked after well. The hotel was spotless and the decor was incredible. The private dining was fantastic with lots of different courses. We highly recommend staying here! "
"Ryokan’s kaiseki dinner was finely executed and delicious. Ryokan has a “lion “ dance show in evening for guests, a bonus.
Room size was smaller than we expected but adequate. Location was okay as apart from some stores around the square, there was nothing else around the area.

"Lovely getaway for an authentic Japanese Onsen bathing experience. The suite room was gorgeous and came with a private bath which was very worth it for me ! Many delicious local restaurant options nearby too. Staff knew enough English to get us settled. Highly recommend for 1-2 nights as part of your trip. "
"We spend two days in the hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staffs in the front deck speak good English and are very helpful. The outdoor onsen is beautiful Special when the winter snow. Definitely will be back. Thanks "
