「Very clean and accommodating. The bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with dishes, soap, had a small fridge, stove top and microwave. The room looked like it was recently updated with a new bed, floor, and futon. Very comfortable. The only problem we came across was the cable on the TV didn't work, but I let them know on check out. We were so exhausted, that we didn't need the TV or else we would have brought the problem to their attention...

「Disappointed in the cleaniness of the tiny home. Blankets used by previous guests we not laundered and the shower curtain was stained with who knows what. Checkout process says to wash dishes, very apparent the previous guests did not do that.」

「I requested a mountain view, a pool and a hot tub as amenities for our trip to SeviervilleTN. My husband has back issues so the hot tub was vital. We originally booked The Homeplace. 2 weeks before our trip, I read a review saying that the hot tub was not working. I called immediately and was assured that the problem had been resolved. The view was beautiful, however the "pool access" was the public paid pool 5 miles down the road. We left for a short while and upon returning, we found someone...
