「I arrived around 9.30pm and was checked very efficiently by a gentleman who showed great customer service skills. I was allocated room number 1. The room was spacious, very warm, a big bed, a bath, decent kettle, coffee bags (as opposed to sachets) and quality biscuits and bathroom products. I had a meal in the restaurant on my second night.
