Nice apartment and great host!

Nice apartment and great host! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the equipment we needed. The host was welcoming, and even gave us her car to explore Italy. Highly recommended!

Ein Stern ist zu viel

Die Wohnung war schmutzig überall Spinnweben, Staub und Dreck. Wir haben unterm Bett eine tote, zersetzte und vertrocknete Eidechse rausgekehrt, die lag da wohl schon länger. Die Dusche war verschimmelt. Der Kühlschrank war verschmutzt. Der Komposthaufen befindet sich neben dem Schlafzimmerfenster und es stinkt. Fliegengitter haben Löcher, dass Eidechsen durchpassen. Unisolierte Kabel hängen aus der Wand. Die bereits in einer Bewertung von 2021 bemängelte Toilettenspülung ging immernoch nicht zuverlässig. Die Straße war eine Zumutung. Es wird zwar erwähnt, dass es eine Schotterstraße ist aber diese hier ist nur mit einem Geländewagen befahrbar. Die Vermieterin glänzte mit Abwesenheit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Kommen gerne wieder hin

Gastgeberin und Vermittler, waren sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich bei Fragen. Danke nochmals für die Willkommens Flasche Rotwein. Der Weg zur Fewo die eine sehr schöne Lage hat, ist nicht unbedingt für tiefere Autos geeignet. Wenn man langsam fährt ist es mit normalhohen (Bodenhöhe) gemeint, zu schaffen. In ca 10 min ist unten ein großer Parkplatz. Die Fewo, war sauber und recht gut ausgestattet. Eine Freiküche auf der Veranda hat auch ihren Charme. Das WiFi ist aufgrund der Lage nur bedingt (auf Terrasse) nutzbar. Als Ausgangspunkt gut geeignet für Ausflüge. Das Auto kann sicher im umzäunten Innenhof geparkt werden. Die Terrasse ist Groß mit Grill und Liegen ausgestattet, und mit niedrigen Palmen mediterran gestaltet. Sowie ein überdachter Sitzplatz. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit möchte der ist hier Richtig. In Viareggio und Co ist man recht schnell mit dem Auto. ca 5-7km. Ebenso am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hübsches Haus

Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist die außen Küche, ist aber auch irgendwie lustig. Ich wünsche mir nur für die nächsten Besuchern, dass die Spüle repariert wird. Der Weg dazu ist etwas wackelig aber gut zu bewältigen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Panorama wunderschön. Zum Strand braucht man nur 20min. Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Abenteuerliche Anfahrt durch Olivenhain. Am Stellplatz vom Auto viel Unrat, was keinen guten Eindruck macht. Die FEWO selbst mit Terrasse soweit sauber.

Casa vacanza

Ho trovato casa in collina raggiungibile tramite una sorta di mulattiera alcuni tratti non protetti dalla rete senza tv per mancanza di segnale 15 giorni senza informazione. Mancanza di illuminazione due cucinato al buio la sera un disastro la proprietà avvisata della mancanza di illuminazione ha fatto orecchie da marcanti brutta esperienza siamo andati via tre giorni prima disperati

tolle saubere Wohnung, tolle Vermieterin

valeri war von Anfang an für uns da, hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet.Valeri hat sogar mit uns ein Tiramisu gemacht, welches sehr lecker war :) Man könnte noch die ein oder andere Touristen Empfehlung, was es alles in der Gegend zu sehen oder gutes zu Essen gibt hinterlegen. Das fehlt oder muss bei Valeri erfragt werden. Ihre Lieblingseisdiele war auf jeden Fall der Knaller.
