The staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also excellent, and the room temperature was pleasantly cool. However, the pillowcase was visibly dirty and was not replaced even after the room was cleaned. In addition, during my five-night stay, slippers were not proactively provided.

Overall satisfactory. There is a shuttle bus at next building going directly to Kansai airport so it is very convenient.
