「I did not like that my deposit went on my card when I had cash for it. The hotel clerk at the desk forgot to ask. I do not like having to wait a week to get it returned to me that's ridiculous! 」

「Not a bad hotel but the location is very iffy… it’s right on 28th street with a lot of questionable people walking around and hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t leave any valuables in your car.」

「Took my mom to the lantern festival atJohn Ball zoo for her 82nd birthday and stayed at that hotel. The surrounding area was definitely unkept, and it reeked of cigarette smoke outside and inside. The room was clean, but my shower was dirty. The front desk lady was overwhelmed with people trying to check in, but very friendly and tried to be accommodating. 「The hotel is easy to find. Great Mexican restaurant bext door, El Azteca. The pool and hot tub are clean. The room is decent. The AC blew the air from 1 side and it was on high and the room was still hot. Luckily, I had a fan in my car to help circulate air. Luckily, this was a day before the heatwave hit. That is my only complaint.」
