“The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To……

“Pictures made this condo complex look much nicer.A very dark living area; back bedroom like a cave.Black bedspread, dark carpet and sofa; yuck- how clean were these things? NEED DUVET bedspread covers so we know they have been washed, and LIGHT colors to see cleanliness. One hour before check in,the room still had not been cleaned; our check in was then delayed an hour. Mike was responsive, however I feel the cleaning was rushed. Bathroom vent and other vents FILTHY ( I have pictures). Cob web……

“Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs……

“This place was FABULOUS! Very comfortable and clean and location was wonderful to access the NH Pavilion. Was a little hard to locate the proper parking space since the painted on numbers were not very clear, but the info on the office door helped a lot. ”

“This place was a perfect Tenney weekend getaway. So clean, spacious and inviting. The back yard has a perfect sledding hill. The host is very organized, providing great details and recommendations in the area and easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to come stay again soon! ”

“great location and views of lake Winnipesaukee...bit of a challenge to navigate the stairs to the beach and lake...wear water shoes rocky but fantastic clean NH lake water view unbeatable; condo was comfortable large used the outdoor grill”
