「Customer service above and beyond. We pulled up front and the two concierges had my luggage all on a cart and into the hotel before I even got out of the vehicle. 「I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. First and foremost, the toilet was not properly cleaned, which is a fundamental hygiene issue for any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom design was highly impractical. I cannot comprehend why a bathtub was placed in a corner outside the bathroom. 「Hotel Riu does not owe me and my husband a thing lol! From the check in to the excellent customer service we really enjoyed our stay. We only stayed 1 day before our cruise but we agreed when we visit Miami again , Riu is where we will be. The rooms were clean and our ocean front was breathtaking! Also with us having just 1 day this was the perfect place because it is an experience in its own. Nice restaurants with good food and the bar tender OMG!
