"Stayed in the Dawn Room. Easy check-in/check-out, on site parking and plenty of free street parking. Bed was very comfortable, excellent shower. Super cute room. Very comfortable stay. The Honey Cup cafe was close, less than 5 min walk and nice to have a 12 credit to use daily. The onsite restaurant was booked for the time that I stayed there. The food smelled amazing and sounded like the lucky 12 people that secured a seat at the table were having a great time. Dinner wrapped by 9:30 pm each...

"The property was great. But some people are very noisy on the floor I was on, I don’t know if they forgot if it’s a hotel, but they’re acted like it’s their back yard. My last day I couldn’t sleep because of people taking so loud, even I reported them to the front desk, they ignored it. Besides that everything else was fine. ⭐️"

"pretty much what you’d expect from a motel 6. sketchy vibes if you’re traveling as a young couple, but a decent stay overall. my complaints as a customer that paid over $100 for this: the mirror was dirty, there was old dog food on the floor from someone before us, toilet didn’t flush all the way, mirror was dirty from previous visitors, the parking lot was full of potholes, etc etc. but! lights, tv, microwave and mini fridge worked at least. my biggest issue was the peephole on the door was somehow defective?? (room 240 btw!!) the only staff i spoke with at check in was pleasant, no complaints from me there. like i said, overall decent for a cheap motel one night stay. could be better, but could be waaay worse."

"This is a dated, solid 3-star hotel. The interior finishes all need a serious refresh. I was on the ground floor in a nice room, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and they stuck me down by the mechanical plant and housekeeping offices. Normally not a bid deal but they left the doors open to the mechanical room the entire time I was in my room. They also need to update the quality and number of WAPs. They were confused when I asked if they had a "business center" because they don't. Given the quality of the Wi-Fi in my room, it would've been nice if they had one.😊 The Colonial Grille is awesome; it is a shining star for this somewhat tired hotel. The restuarant/bar staff are awesome, and the food is good American fare. The bar is a lot of fun, and it's big. This is a local destination for weddings. I was there from Friday to Sunday in late October and I think there were not less than 3 weddings."

"I stayed at this Marriott for 12 days. On the mirror in the bathroom it states “Every other day refresh, every 7 days full service”. Once someone came in to empty trash and clean towels, that was my sixth day at the hotel. I asked if he was going to clean my room, he referred me to the housekeeping manager. When I saw the housekeeping manager and explained my situation I quote” I don’t know I didn’t work yesterday “. Really this is the response from a manager? The proper answer would be to a customer I’ll look into it. Still no one cleaned my room. I put my dirty towels in the hall several times. Housekeeping picked up my towels but didn’t leave clean towels. I had to go to the lobby to request cleans towels several times from Jill. No one emptied my trash or dusted my room. I even requested Jill at the front desk to have my room cleaned. Jill also stated she would refer this to her manager. No one came.Still no one cleaned my room. I told Abbey at the front desk at check, I was told he’d be in at 7 am. I came down at 8 am. Abbey told me he wasn’t in yet. I checked back at 9 am and told the same thing he isn’t in yet. When I checked out at 11 am, Abbey stated she hasn’t had a chance to talk to him. I waited 2 days for someone to contact me. Nothing….. Jill was exceptionally helpfully and empathetic to my situation."
