“The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly.”

“As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried. The room had some dust inside which needs to be taken care as well.”

“This is by far the best Hilton property we've stayed at. The rooms are very practical - no carpeting (so much cleaner), lots of hooks for hanging up items, lots of table/counter space for various items, and liquid hand soap in the bathroom (I hate having to use a bar of soap to wash my hands). We had plenty of towels, and the heating/cooling system worked well. The lobby area was phenomenal - just really welcoming with a lot of seating, TV's, and a pool table! The breakfast was in the same area……
