"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. Maintenance gave me a pliers to use in case I couldn't get the lock open but I never did close it completely and I didn't sleep well that night. Otherwise, there were no issues. "

"Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have been more towels in the bathroom. Overall an excellent stay however, we did have to deal with minor inconveniences."

"The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We weren't able to check in early or check out late due to the room being booked before and after our stay, but they allowed us to change in the office restroom and use the pool before our check-in time, and stay in the pool an hour past our checkout time. Pool, pool area, office, and hotel suite was all very clean. The porch of our suite had a large picnic table and two adirondack chairs and was covered, so you could dine out there even in the rain. I would definitely stay here again."
