"We stayed here one night when we were picking up my step- daughter from UNH after her first semester. We will be staying here every time we go visit her from now on. It has a very quaint atmosphere, rooms are big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Continental breakfast had a surprising amount of variety for the space. Everything we tried was very good. I'm already looking forward to our next visit there"

"We found the accommodations clean, even though small. Location was excellent, close to the beach. Ample parking. The shower especially was small, but for us not a problem. TV availability and coffee/tea, refrigerator, and microwave managed in a small area well. Plenty of drawer space for clothes."

"The location was perfect for us and they are dog friendly. The only thing is since they do not do daily cleaning it would be great if they offered larger trash recepticals in the room. They fill up quickly and it would be good to have larger ones especially since we brought food back with us and used the refrigerator etc"
