「There is no air conditioning unit in the upper bedroom, and on a 90 degree day in August it was unpleasant. Also, their photos regarding puppies are inaccurate - they need to revise this listing - if you're hoping to see them, as my daughters were based on the description and photos. Also, the day of check-in, we were required to make a $1,000 damage deposit which - 4 business days later - has STILL not been refunded on my Visa and I've had to follow up several times. Very disappointed.」

「This room could not have been any more cuter! Retro 50s/60s vibe but in such a cool way - not a single tacky thing. Everything was as promised. 「The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation.」

Kitchen was fully equipped fridge, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, silverware and other utensils one would need. Bedrooms were nice. Adequate closet space.
