“This is my second time at this hotel.every thing is perfect”

“We stayed at Arrowwood Resort from Wednesday through Saturday, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong moldy smell. We switched rooms multiple times hoping it would improve, but every room had the same issue and was dirty and poorly maintained. The pools were also disappointing. They didn't appear clean, and the water park was closed during our stay, which was a major reason we chose this resort. We……

“Not the best choices in the restaurants especially for children. Boneless wings at Golf course were awful. Room was ok certainly not as nice as the pictures on the website. Seems ridiculous to charge a full day but not allow check in until 5 pm.”

“This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy……
