"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "

"Amazing hotel! Great food and has a ton of amenities. My only complaint is how hot the weather was and no a/c in the main lobby areas. Loved every other bit!"
"The only issue I had was that they only had 3 washers and dryers. And I'm not sure if was just the night we needed to do washing but it SUPER busy. And it wasn't coin operated so if you won't have a card that will work then you might need to go elsewhere to wash your clothes.
One of the washers was also leaking pretty bad but other than that the stay was pleasant the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful for the most part."
"This is not the first time we stay in this hotel. It’s modern, close to subway stations and lots to restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay in this hotel again."
"English speaker first time ever going to Japan I must say I wasn’t sure what to expect, travelling alone I was a little nervous about everything but once I got to the hotel my nerves were calmed. Hotel is in a great area and feels very safe, hotel staff very welcoming and check in was super easy regardless of what language you speak because they just needed my passport for my reservation. Everything I needed information wise was given to me in English and the TV in the room also gave information on check out times. Hotel room was very clean and has its own controls to the A/C which made it very nice given how hot it was outside. Also stayed at an APA location in Tokyo and the quality was the exact same. Will definitely stay again, it’s not the fanciest hotel on earth but it’s clean, safe and easy."
