“The room was clean, however a little rundown. The shower curtain rod had paint chipping off into the shower, the TV did not work and the heat was turned off when we got there. It was listed as a family owned hotel, so I could overlook these items as we weren’t there long as was in town visiting for Christmas. The staff was rude, lied to my family members about what they were told at check-in. Three families checked in and none of them were given the information that you needed to pay an……
