"We are not part of the time share part of the resort. However this is one of our go to resorts when we travel to Cabo. The property is perfectly located maybe 12 minutes to Medano beach and harbor. However it’s just far away enough where you don’t deal with all the busyness of downtown. The resort is safe, staff is been awesome and the rooms are perfect especially for families. We love the main infinity pool that gives you a perfect view of the infamous arch with a great swim up bar. The rooms have kitchen and what I love is outdoor gas bbq to cook while looking at the ocean. It might not be Leblanc but for value, location it checks all the boxes."

"This was our 2nd time staying in Pedro's place. It has absolutely everything you can think of. They even added more beach chairs, so there are 4 now. Plus there's a large umbrella and a large rolling caddy which we used for one of our beach days. Condo is very easy to find and has keyless entry. The views are incredible! Some of the best sunsets you will ever see in your life off of the large balcony. The shower is a great size and has plenty of hot water. Bed is really comfortable and there are plenty of extra linens plus a lot of bath towels and wash cloths. Room is equipped with a washer and dryer combo and plenty of laundry detergent. It's so nice going back home with everything clean. Do not hesitate to book this place. You can't go wrong. Pedro is very responsive, so if you need anything, he's quick to help. Thanks for hosting us again."

"This is a beautiful property but outside of the restaurants on-site, the service was mixed. They told us they would bring our bags to to our room after we got into our room, after 2 hours I just went back down and got them myself. The bathtub plug got stuck and wouldn't drain. We called the concierge who said maintenance was on their way. They never came. Housekeeping fixed it for us the next day."

"Property listing was accurate. Price was fair. Christine was very responsive with any questions we had. The condo had all the appliances you would need to make just about anything. The cooking prep area was a little small, but worked well. Bed was comfortable, furnishings were great. The view of the ocean and pool were pretty amazing as well. Christine introduced us to Pablo who was great at taking us shopping and downtown and to the airport.We had access to 2 pools that were both very nice. The walk to the beach was ok if you didn't carry to much. Once down there, we spent hours watching the waves and enjoying the sun. I thought the pool bar was a little pricey (50 cdn for 2 drinks and fries) but we did support them. Fresko's is a great store for groceries. It is walkable (about 1km) but its all uphill 1 way and you need to cross the highway. We just had Pablo take us. It was 15 u.s. round trip and he waited for us to shop. A trip to the marina area was 25 u.s. each way. The trip back to the airport was 65 u.s. I would suggest using peso to pay as it seemed to be a bit cheaper. All in all a good trip. "We spent 4 days in this great apartment with wonderful open ocean views. Penthouse (6th floor) with large private balcony. very comfortable outdoor furniture, which made it hard to leave the apartment. Meals at the pool restaurant were very good and reasonable with great margaritas. Take out pizza from Jazz on the Rocks (across the street). Did not go to the beach as stairs were a problem for us. Communication with Lynn was excellent. We can highly recommend."
