"This property is starting to become dated. The noise levels are untolerable. Drunk people screaming at all hours. Although they say the Santa Fe is for the parties the people at this resort were very disrespectful. When I would advise the staff at the RIU they said there was nothing they could do. The food wasn’t too bad at all. "

"Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you "

"This is a very nice condo. It looks just like the pictures. It's very well stocked and even came with coffee. The complex is quite nice, and the little Cantina by the pool makes fabulous food. It should be noted that the Wi-Fi is pretty spotty. It rarely works on the patio if at all. There were even areas in the condo where the signal was poor. The smart lock on the door was broken, so I had to rely on a key box near the front door. This would've been fine for entry, but it would've been nice to have a key that you could keep with you. The instructions were to always leave the key back in the key box. This wasn't always convenient when getting home late at night. Overall a very nice condo and a great place to stay."

"Unit was clean. Huge wraparound balcony and wonderful view of waves crashing on the rocks. The bathroom rugs looked very dirty however. It kind of grossed me out to step on them barefoot. I honestly could not tell if they came a dingy gray color or if they were super old and dirty/stained. A couple of new 10 beige rugs would look nice. Not having any type of soap in the showers was a problem. They should provide tiny bars of soap at the minimum (gently fragranced, if any), and ideally some tiny shampoo & conditioner (or conditioning shampoo). Those could be placed under the sink so the cleaning crew could tell if it had been used or not. Since we shopped on the way there, we did not know that we needed to buy soap for the shower. So we used heavily fragranced hand soap that was by the sink. I was woken by the people above me most nights, many times, because I stay up late and then try to sleep until 10ish. Since I kept being woken up after 7am (yes, I use good waxy earplugs), I was in bed from midnight until noon. "
