"The property was beautiful inside and out. The ONLY issue I had with this property was no elevators in building no 9. I had to carry my bag up 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Oh, at one of the restaurantsI was turned away but later let in when someone else came to the check in area. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

El Encanto All Inclusive Resort at Hacienda Encantada

"The service and location were the top two factors for us at H.E. Every single worker, especially Apolinar and Isabel M., were top tier, friendly, and remembered you very personally while trying to deliver the best possible experience every meal. The location was perfect because the resort is effectively on a peninsula where you can see skylines to both the west and the east from higher viewpoints, particularly the Mestizo restaurant. All the food was excellent, but our favorites were at Los Riscos and breakfast at Las Marias. My recommendation would be to call concierge before your trip and plan all of your dinners ahead of time. Lunch and breakfast don’t need reservations, but it’s quiet all around (at least when we went), so I wouldn’t worry much in low season. The resort has a bit of a slow start, usually everything ready around 11, and earlier close when it comes to pools (8AM - 8PM), but we didn’t mind because it was meant to be a relaxing vacation and weren’t rushing to do things. The resort provided us a shuttle that frequently went to the downtown for free, and some restaurants downtown were included in our meal plan, which was really nice. Those restaurants were equally as yummy as the ones on site. Overall, we got a fantastic deal on Expedia and certainly got our money worth, and it was one of our most luxurious vacations ever. Rooms weren’t necessarily special and we weren’t in them all that much, but we did get a free upgrade. All the workers are super helpful."

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Villa Cisne in Cabo del Sol was outstanding from start to finish. Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Cisne and Luxury Villa Collections to anyone planning a trip to Cabo."

"A group of 8 guys went for my bachelor party. Cindi was great to deal with. The caretaker was awesome. The outdoor area was definitely the star of the show. The place was clean the pool was amazing and the house is pretty private from neighbors. Will definitely be back if I need a large house again. Thinking about going with a few other couples since the house is massive with each bedroom having its own bathroom and away from each other. Very family freindly aswell. The only complaint we had was a lack of larger frying pan, pots and cookware. Overall very satisfied thanks again Cindi"
