「The service is good n the staff is friendly. We would like to visit them again in other time if possible. The only thing is the menu which has been fixed without any flexibility based on customer’s need.」

「This place is an excellent place for visiting in autumn. If the weather is good, you would be able to see Mount Fuji from the room and onsen. Some of the staff are able to speak Chinese and English. The only thing that I would remind anyone going would be "bring towel" to onsen place if you are living there as there are no towels in main onsen. 」

「Nice onsen hotel for family in Hakone. Private onsen arrangement for individuals. Spacious and clean room. Nice deal in early July. Happy stay and wish to visit again in the near future.」

「酒店在半山坡上，最大特点是风景优美，面向芦之湖，清晨看富士山美极了，还可以泡汤看美景。酒店距离桃源台三分钟车程，酒店负责接送到桃源台，桃源台这里有餐馆，可额外预定早餐。酒店人员热情周到，并可讲中英日语。这个酒店在箱根地区价格算相当友好了，总体体验很棒，会推荐给亲朋好友。」

「酒店房間已翻新，所以感覺10分良好，房間寬闊，房間價格便宜性價比高，下次到箱根都會租住這間酒店。」

「Host was extremely hospitable, thoughtful, and friendly. We came around 10 at night after getting lost due to some map reading error and he was helpful in getting our luggage upstairs. Very friendly guy with good sense of humour. Comfortable, clean, and warm abode. We plan on staying here next time we come, god willing.」
