The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free. "I loved the stay at Namba APA Hotel. Namba is just a good location, close to the underground tunnel to the station and because we went in winter let us walk in the warm. It has a 7/11 on premise which is so handy. Loved it"
