「My wife and l cannot say enough about the great experience we had on our 10 day visit at Marilyn’s. Owner Mark and his wife Tiffany were extremely accommodating and friendly. The house on Montoya street was very, very clean, comfortable and such a great location in Lady Lake between Sumpter Lake and Spanish Springs where shopping and Restaurants are easily accessible. 「We had a great time staying here. The location was near all the areas we wanted to visit like Spanish Spring, Orange Blossom, and the Arnold Palmer. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The owner gave clear easy instructions on how to get into the home and access WiFi. The golf cart was a lot of fun. 「The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind.」

「We stayed for the weekend for a graduation in Altamonte Springs. The house was clean, well stocked, included entertainment activities, and conveniently located near shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, etc., while only being 30 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend going to the Secret Lake Park 5 minutes away. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. The beds were very comfortable as well. Thanks again for letting us stay!」
