“Alfonso was extremely welcoming and keen to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, We opted for a meal at the hotel on the first night and enjoyed it so much, we had a meal again the following evening which was prepared using fresh produce from the kitchen garden. Room very clean and tidy and would stay again if we came back to the area.”

“Simone ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der immer bemüht ist wertvolle Tips zu geben und zu helfen! Wir waren super lecker Pizza essen - von ihm empfohlen und reserviert! Das Haus ist urig aber geschmackvoll und stilecht eingerichtet, uns hat nur noch ein Toaster oder Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion gefehlt, um Brötchen aufbacken zu können, da kein Backofen vorhanden ist! Die Fotos des Inserats sind nicht mehr ganz aktuell und leider war der Kamin nicht mehr in Betrieb, was sehr schade war und die……

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost……

“La ragazza dell'accoglienza è stata molto carina. L'appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative: situato al nono piano senza aria condizionata e con un piccolo ventilatore. Serranda rotta e con le alte temperature non lo consiglio. Prezzo troppo alto. La posizione comoda per raggiungere l'ippodromo e 20 minuti dal centro. Non ci tornerei.”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property is in an excellent spot, I have already given feedback to the company. The ac controller batteries were dead, which they addressed and the back was off, it was difficult to understand that only 1 controller was needed to operate both systems. the room was not totally as depicted, the lamp in the corner was unsteady as was the upstair hanging apparatus. Minimal dishtowels and no paper towels. Stairs, not their problem, are a lot and folks should know that in the case of elderly……

“House was very clean and close enough to the city without the noise or traffic. Host is lovely and responds promptly. Definitely would book again.”

“There were no views of vineyards. It was across from the market. This is 5th floor apartment. It was not clean and you share a bathroom with the host who has all of his stuff there. A constant smell of cigarettes. We left a light on multiple times because of how dark it was in the room. We came back to the light turned off which meant he was in our room. We will not book again. ”
