“Did not have breakfast. Property showing age. Walls are not insulated well and you can hear the room next door, and in the hallway. Would not stay on the 1st floor again. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and in a great location.”

“Room was comfortable. Had a noisy evening from the room next door until 10:30. Miami road is nearby. Busy all the time but I wore earplugs and had no major issues. I like the security locks for the property and room as there was no room safe. Very convenient for a one night stay befor heading to the cruise port nearby”

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”

“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“The apartment was easy to find and the directions to get in were very straightforward. I was able to walk straight to the unit and through the door without any complications. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience.”

“Enjoyed my stay, no complaints really besides the little laundry room only takes quarters and has really old machines but they did work. It’s located in a great area, a lot of things to do. We even took a free boat bus right near the apt and there was a lot of free local events while there. On the weekends it gets super crazy with people partying in the local clubs up the street. People do steal the parking but it got a little better the longer I was there, must’ve been getting towed. The first……
