「Amazing cottage in an ideal setting on the beach. Cottage was very clean and laid out well for stunning views over the Moray Firth. Lots of lovely little touches in cottage from beach towels to frisbees. Excellent host. Thanks Carmel for a great week 🤗」

「The owners make you feel like you’re staying with family. The backyard leads to the most relaxing views of the ocean. Don’t stay in Inverness. This place is worth the stay - extremely relaxing 」

「We stayed here 5 years ago and returned. I think that says a lot :). The Annex is in a perfect little spot, and has everything we need. Bed is comfy, space is cozy, and feels like home. Besides the conveniences, Leslie is amazing. Great communication, willing to help with whatever you need. And had some items for breakfast there!… which was wonderful after a late night arrival. He is honestly just a wonderful man, and this time was hard to leave! He has become like family. I hope we can return...

「Lots of good, more recent replenishments, like the bathroom, the dining area, and the great swimming pool, hot tub, saunas. Nice well-tended gardens. Great service. But a lot of windows painted immovably shut. And the food was a big let-down. We arrived on Sunday for Sunday dinner at 8, couldn't eat our mains. Breakfasts had the feel of having sat a long time after cooking, bacon burnt to a crisp on 2 out of 4 breakfasts.」
