“Excellent Staff, particularly the Valet & Shuttle drivers and service. When checking in we needed to be asked if we were willing to take the 12 to 15 steps with lluggage to our room at the back of the rather extensive property without elevators. ”

“Messy reception, disorganized staff, not very friendly. Room was clean but dim, no windows. Noisy because thin walls and ceilings. Not a restful stay. One and done.”

“The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. ”
