"Amazing hotel! Loved the location and the view. Service was great the only issue was that I paid in advance through hotels dot com but got charged again when checking in. They mentioned they would be refunding but I would have to wait 5 business days. Besides that everything was lovely, my family requested we book there again for the “next time”. "

"Other than the obvious noise on Bourbon the place is great. The hotel does provide ear plugs for guests which really helped when I needed quiet. The hotel is in a sublime location on Bourbon and near everything. I absolutely loved my stay. I would totally recommend it again. "

"The hotel has 4 elevators and only 1 was working. The hotel was very crowded and it took forever to get up and down. "

"I had a decent stay for three days, even though my room lacked a microwave and refrigerator. I’ve learned the importance of checking what’s included in the room for future bookings. The staff was very accommodating, and I didn’t encounter any serious issues. There was a minor incident at check-in regarding a daily designation fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website during booking. Instead of disputing it, I handled it calmly and paid the fee. Moving forward, I will be more diligent in reading all the fine print."

"These apartments are the perfect stay on the go! Not only do they come equipped with a full kitchen, but I can even do yoga or a dance routine in the living room. So spacious! I was pleasantly surprised by the towel quality, although I do agree with other reviews here about access to the valet. Area is super convenient and right across from the police station. Made not a single person in the area ever made me feel unsafe but you definitely will see a mix of people here. "
