"Too many additional fees were added to my bill that I didn’t use like resort fees taxes for this and taxes for that . Why do we have to pay for parking at the hotel we paid for . That’s ridiculous "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the entire staff made us feel right at home. A very special thank you to Mr. Charles at the front desk—he truly went above and beyond for our family. Not only was he kind and professional, but he resolved our issue with our A/C very promptly. Also have to give Mrs. Jay(Concierge Area) a huge Thank you as well she was so patient and helpful with us and we were able to book 2 adventures even though it was time for her to leave. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. From the atmosphere to the customer service, this place deserves nothing less than a 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!"

"We didn't eat at the hotel and never saw an opening at the bar, but we came and went a lot and the doormen were very friendly. The room was elegant and very clean. Real down pillows! The location was very central. We walked everywhere for 5 days."
