「This was my 4th time in Aruba and my first time at the Hilton. It was hands down my favorite place to stay. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The first word that came to my mind when I got here the first day was serene. The location of everything is perfect. You have everything at your fingertips. 「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「This was my second of what I hope to be many stays at the Divi Phoenix. The Divi Phoenix is located at the end of the Aruba high rise hotel area on Palm Beach. It’s a little less than a mile from all the restaurants which is a flat walk down the boardwalk along Palm Beach. The location is far away enough from all of the activity but a close walk to it. 「We had a fantastic stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel. The beautiful, tropical grounds are immaculately maintained, and the pool area was always clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent every morning. Our casita was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. 「It is a very fun family friendly spot, but it definitely was not for me. Too many people very overpopulated. Our check in process was horrible as our room was not ready until after four but we had dinner reservations at 6 PM and we had arrived at 12pm. We had made the best of our time when we arrive by going to the beach, but it’s annoying going to the beach and all of your clothing. Check in at 4 PM check out is 10 AM which seems a little unfair.
